About 9 years ago in 2016, Shikha visited Sydney, Australia on a family vacation from Middle East as she was a resident of Dubai (UAE) at the time. Having lived in Dubai for more then 10 years, Shikha immediately fell in love with what Australia has to offer. 4 seasons, fresh crisp air, beautiful sceneries and beaches, relaxed lifestyle and wildlife.

Originally from New Delhi, India and then having spent a lot of time in Dubai, it was time for her to decide her next destination in life and moving to Australia was a no brainer.

Unlike many others, her journey of settling in Australia as a permanent residence right from the beginning was rather uneventful and easy (Thanks to her agent). She is thankful to her agent who guided Shikha and her family rightfully.

It was after spending some time in Australia, She discovered the challenges people face during the migration process to Australia.

During her work assignment with TAFESA (Adelaide) where She worked as Country Manager(India, Subcontinent, Middle East and Africa) as part of International Student Recruitment team for more than 6 years, It was here where She decided to be part of this amazing industry for rest of the span of her career and contribute to the Australian values of serving the community and it’s people who wish to make Australia home.
